Many members reach out to CATCA to express concerns or ask questions related to safety. Recently, many members have voiced concerns about the fatigue limits and the impact the change in practice by NAV is having. For all Air Traffic Controllers safety is paramount. We encourage everyone to complete the Nav Canada safety survey so the company can hear from you directly regarding fatigue, fatigue limits, staffing, training, or any other issue you feel is relevant.
